What is the Perpetual Curse?

A \"perpetual curse\" could refer to something enduring or unending, often tied to divine judgment or consequence in a biblical context. One clear example from the Bible is in Genesis 3:17-19, where God curses the ground because of Adam's disobedience after the Fall:
